Shipping Policy
Bombs Away Bathtime offers shipping and local porch pick up in Maryville, IL. If choosing local pick up, an email or Facebook message will be sent with pick up address and instructions. Pick up is by appointment only. Items will be held for pick up for up to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, (and at least 3 reminder messages) a choice will be made to ship ( at an extra cost to customer) or forfeit order. Bombs Away Bathtime is not responsible for damage during shipping transit. Shipping times vary. During busy season and holidays, products can take up to two weeks for completion. An email will be sent when your package has been shipped with tracking information.
Return Policy
Due to proper personal hygiene, we can not accept returns or refunds. Orders can not be cancelled once confirmed. Due to natural ingredients, color variations may differ.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment is processed on a SSL encrypted secure website. Your personal information will never be used for any reason other than pertaining to your Bombs Away Bathtime order. We do not accept cash or checks.
Each item has its ingredients indicated on the product page. In the result of an allergic or skin reaction/irritation, we are not responsible or liable.
If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, we recommend first testing a small amount of a product on your skin. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients we use, please discontinue use.
